Daniel Han represents public and private companies, including private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, in connection with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings and other complex corporate transactions across a variety of industries.

Prior to joining Cooley, Daniel was a mergers & acquisitions associate in the New York office of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP.
