Dani O’Donnell

Dani focuses their practice on general commercial litigation and pro bono matters.

During law school, Dani externed in the US District Court for the Northern District of California, interned for the Transgender Law Center, and contributed to a law, technology and public policy clinic. Their scholarship includes a forthcoming publication in the California Law Review.

Before law school, Dani worked at Google, where they developed and implemented data disclosure policies, trained operations teams to process legal requests, and testified in state and federal trials to authenticate business records.
