About Dani

Dani Nazemian focuses her practice in the areas of executive compensation and employee benefits for public and private companies. She advises clients in public offerings on issues related to equity arrangements and other forms of executive compensation. She designs and implements equity and incentive compensation plans, employee stock purchase plans, employment agreements, severance and change in control plans and other compensation arrangements. She also assists public companies with the disclosure of compensation arrangements in public filings and advises on the impact of ISS and Glass Lewis in connection with compensation and corporate governance matters.

Prior to joining the firm, she worked as an analytic consultant for Thomson Reuters, where she focused on pinpointing fraudulent practices within the governmental healthcare system.

While at Boston College Law School, Dani served as senior editor of the Boston College Law Review. She also worked at the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office in the Medicaid Fraud Division and participated in a transactional clinic with the Boston College Legal Assistance Bureau.
