Danbi Kim

Danbi Kim is an associate in Cooley's corporate practice, representing companies across the corporate life cycle, from formation and private financings through their transition to the public markets. With respect to public company transactions, she advises issuers and underwriters on initial public offerings, follow-on and at-the-market offerings, and shelf registrations, and counsels public company clients on SEC reporting, disclosure and corporate governance matters.
