Danbi Kim

Danbi practices general corporate law, with a focus on emerging companies, public companies and venture capital funds. She represents her clients throughout various stages of the business life cycle in matters such as venture capital financings, mergers & acquisitions and public offerings. During law school, Danbi interned at the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.
