Dallas has broad experience representing borrowers and lenders in all aspects of leveraged finance transactions, including large cap and middle-market deals. She represents private equity sponsors, private and public company borrowers, and financial institutions in a variety of complex transactions, including acquisition financings, asset-based credit facilities, fund financings and workouts across a range of industries. She also advises strategic buyers and private equity funds in M&A transactions, joint ventures and other direct investments.
