About Daijha

Daijha advises public and private companies on capital markets, emerging companies and venture capital, and other strategic corporate transactions. She works with companies across the technology, life sciences, biotechnology and fintech sectors on transactions throughout their life cycle, including equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic matters. Daijha’s capital markets experience includes follow-on offerings, convertible note offerings and bond offerings. She also has experience assisting companies with de-SPAC transactions.

Before attending law school, Daijha spent two years in consulting, an experience that informs the practical and business-oriented perspective she brings to her work with clients. Daijha maintains an active pro bono practice, including work on wrongful conviction matters and asylum claims. She also regularly assists public companies with their ongoing governance and disclosure obligations, including periodic reporting and compliance under the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
