Cyrus focuses his practice on initial public offerings on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and Hong Kong listing rules and securities regulations compliance advisory work.

Before joining Cooley, Cyrus worked in the Hong Kong offices of a leading US law firm and a leading Chinese law firm.

Cyrus is a native speaker of Cantonese and Mandarin and is fluent in English.
