About Cynthia
Cynthia Deatrick is a paralegal specialist in Cooley's litigation department. She joined Cooley in December of 1997 and is a resident in the San Diego office. Cynthia assists attorneys with complex business litigation matters including the defense of securities class actions, derivative suits, enforcement actions and government investigations.
Prior to joining Cooley, she worked for the Upper Deck Company, the sports representation firm of Steinberg & Moorad, and Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe in their San Francisco office.
Cynthia earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara and her Paralegal Certificate from the University of San Diego.
