Chris represents clients in a broad range of complex commercial litigation, including class actions and other high-stakes matters. He has extensive experience litigating consumer class actions, securities class actions, M&A and shareholder disputes, and breach of contract matters. Chris has represented public and private companies and individuals in state and federal courts throughout the US. He maintains an active pro bono practice.
