About Chris

Chris focuses on the formation and representation of private investment funds, including venture capital funds, private equity funds and funds of funds, in the US and internationally.

Before joining Cooley, Chris worked as an associate at another law firm, where he advised  on mergers, acquisitions and other strategic transactions.

During law school, Chris worked at the Duke Center for Law & Tech, where he researched the challenges and opportunities faced by companies in the justicetech startup space.
