About Chelsea
Chelsea focuses on complex civil litigation, particularly on privacy and technology-related matters. Her pro bono practice encompasses civil rights litigation, including reproductive rights. She also has federal trial and arbitration experience.
At Berkeley Law, Chelsea was a supervising editor of the California Law Review and managing editor of the Asian American Law Journal, which publishes legal scholarship focused on Asian American and Pacific Islander communities and issues. She also held a leadership position with the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association. She has externed at the Federal Trade Commission, Western Region San Francisco, working on competition matters.
Before law school, Chelsea worked as a senior analyst at an economic consulting firm, focusing on exposure analysis for securities fraud class action litigation.
