Charu Singh

Charu represents alternative asset managers in the formation, structuring and negotiation of private investment fund vehicles. She also advises venture capital and private equity sponsors on operational, regulatory, governance, and other ongoing life-of-fund and sponsor matters. In addition, she advises sponsors and certain institutional investors in connection with secondary transactions.

Before joining Cooley, Charu worked as an associate in the New York office of another international law firm.
