About Charlotte
Charlotte’s practice focuses on securities offerings and corporate governance matters.
Charlotte advises issuers, investment banks and private equity firms on a variety of capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings and other equity offerings, debt offerings and cross-border transactions.
In addition, Charlotte counsels public companies on all aspects of their compliance with the US federal securities laws and the rules of the New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq, including the preparation of periodic and current reports, proxy statements, registration statements on Form S-8, and Section 16 filings.
Prior to joining Cooley, Charlotte was a capital markets associate in the New York office of White & Case LLP.
