About Charlotte
Charlotte Irvine, an associate in our London office, focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, emerging companies and venture capital, corporate re-organisations and cross border transactions across various industry sectors.
Prior to joining Cooley, Charlotte trained at Greenberg Traurig where she qualified in September 2017. During her time at Greenberg Traurig, Charlotte completed a secondment at Roche, a leading global biotech company.
