Channing Hans

Channing is a member of Cooley’s general corporate group, where she advises public and private companies across a range of corporate matters. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, securities regulation and compliance, and general corporate counseling at all stages of a company’s life cycle. Channing maintains an active pro bono practice, including work with Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, where she provides legal counsel to artists and arts organizations on a variety of matters.
