About Celine

Celine practices general corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on the representation of emerging companies, venture capital funds and public companies. Celine represents her clients throughout the business life cycle in matters such as venture financings, mergers & acquisitions, public offerings, and Securities and Exchange Commission reporting and compliance.

Before joining Cooley, Celine worked as a legal intern at Autodesk focusing on privacy and data compliance, and she translated Determann’s Field Guide to Data Privacy Law: International Corporate Compliance from English to Korean. Celine also worked at the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Korea in Geneva, Switzerland. During law school, Celine was co-president of the King Hall International Law Association and a member of the UC Davis Law Review.
