Catie Fabiano

Catie advises clients at all stages of litigation, including fact development, discovery, deposition preparation, motion practice, and trial and appeals. Catie is also dedicated to maintaining an active pro bono practice.

During law school, Catie was a member of the Northwestern Journal of International Law and Business. While serving on the journal, her article, “The Goldilocks Dilemma in Terminating Treaties: The Case Study of Brexit and Trade,” was published in spring 2024 (volume 44, issue 3).
