About Carrie

Carrie's practice focuses on complex business litigation in federal and state courts, with special attention to technology law. She also maintains an active pro bono practice, including amicus and appellate work.

While at Stanford Law School, Carrie competed as a finalist in the Marion Rice Kirkwood Moot Court Competition, winning the overall award for best brief alongside her partner. She served on the boards of the Stanford Technology Law Review, the Stanford Intellectual Property Association and the Stanford Entertainment and Sports Law Association. During her final year, she also externed at the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office, working on both advisory and litigation matters for the city’s departments, boards and commissions, including city-run arts and cultural institutions.
