About Carl

Carl Min practices general corporate and securities law. He represents both private and public companies in a range of industries, as well as investors and underwriters. His practice includes entity formation and organization, governance matters, venture capital and other private financings, capital markets transactions, SEC reporting and compliance and mergers and acquisitions.

While at Harvard Law School, Carl worked as a legal intern for the Boston Celtics and CLTX Gaming, their e-sports team that competes in the NBA 2K League. He also served as a director at Service to School, a non-profit organization focused on helping transitioning veterans gain admission to colleges and graduate schools.

Prior to law school, Carl served in the United States Navy, where he performed various duties on nuclear power prototype platforms, both as an enlisted sailor and as a submarine officer.

Carl is a Tillman Scholar, and he currently sits on the Board of the Harvard Veterans Alumni Organization.
