About Cara
Cara Buchicchio focuses on the representation of private and public companies with respect to executive compensation and employee benefits matters.
Prior to joining Cooley, Cara was a law clerk at Winston & Strawn. While at New York University School of Law, Cara served as managing editor for the NYU Journal of Law & Business.
