Caleb Hayhoe

Caleb advises emerging growth companies through all stages of the corporate life cycle, from formation and day-to-day governance to venture financings and liquidity events, including public offerings and mergers and acquisitions. He also represents venture capital investors in financing transactions. Caleb was previously a US capital markets associate in the London office of a large international law firm, general counsel for a global stationery and art supplies business, and in-house counsel for the New Terminal One at JFK Airport.
