Caitlin Courtney

Caitlin Courtney’s practice focuses on transactions related to her clients’ technology and intellectual property needs. Caitlin assists clients with a wide range of strategic licensing matters and commercial deals, including technology licensing, development and distribution agreements. She also assists clients with a range of large commercial transactions, including technology mergers and acquisitions and strategic investments. Caitlin has experience working with clients at all stages of their life cycles and in a variety of technology-driven industries, including software, hardware, digital health, media and internet.

Prior to joining Cooley, Caitlin practiced in the technology transactions group at Wilson, Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.
