Brittany Sanok

Brittany represents emerging and high-growth companies throughout their life cycles, from formation and funding to mergers and acquisitions and public offerings. She also counsels venture capital clients on financing transactions and advises public and private companies on day-to-day corporate governance.

While at Georgetown University Law Center, Brittany served on the editorial board of the Georgetown Law Technology Review and advocated for clients with health and housing concerns as part of the Health Justice Alliance Clinic.
