About Brionne

Brionne practices general corporate law, representing investors and public and private companies across industries. Her practice includes venture capital and private financings, mergers and acquisitions and fund formation. She also represents various pro bono clients.

While attending law school, Brionne served on the executive board of the Startup Law Initiative, providing pro bono incorporation services to companies in the Bay Area and beyond. She also served as the senior notes editor for the California Law Review.

Before her legal career, Brionne worked in public relations, representing clients in the healthtech industry. She has also been published in US News & World Report.
