About Brian
Brian Woodard is a paralegal specialist in the emerging companies practice group and a member of the Cooley business department. He joined Cooley in 2008 and is resident in the Seattle office. Brian specializes in corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on securities transactions. His experience includes the full range of corporate and securities matters, including public offerings, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate maintenance and SEC compliance.
Prior to joining Cooley, he was a corporate securities paralegal at Heller Ehrman's Venture Law Group in Seattle, Washington.
