About Brett
Brett White practices primarily in the areas of public company representation, including counseling publicly traded companies and their Boards of Directors in 1934 Act compliance, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, corporate governance, Nasdaq listing compliance and corporate finance (including public offerings, private placements and PIPEs transactions), as well as mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Cooley, Brett was an associate in the San Francisco office of the law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom from 1991 to 1995.
Brett was the recipient of the Percy Lionel Davis Award (Mathematical Scholarship) at UC Berkeley in 1988.
