Brett Dovman

Brett Dovman represents both public and privately held companies in a wide range of corporate and securities matters, including private financings, M&A, public offerings and corporate governance matters.

Prior to joining Cooley, he was in the private equity group at Kirkland & Ellis’s New York office. He is also an experienced entrepreneur having ran two technology startups – Panelfly and Perfect Squad – prior to his legal career.
