Brandan Ward

Brandan has a general corporate practice, with an emphasis on the representation of private companies, public companies and venture capital funds. He represents his clients throughout the business life cycle in matters such as formation, venture financings, and Securities and Exchange Commission reporting and compliance.  

Before receiving his JD and MBA from the University of Chicago, Brandan spent nine years in the US Air Force and Georgia Air National Guard as a satellite engineer on the Wideband Global SATCOM Satellite and as a navigator on C-130H aircraft.
