Bill Boyle

William J. Boyle is a senior paralegal in the securities regulation group and a member of the Cooley business department. He joined Cooley in 1995 and is resident in the Palo Alto office.

William specializes in corporate and securities law, working with both emerging companies and public companies. His experience includes venture capital financings, public offerings, SEC compliance, corporate maintenance and mergers and acquisitions.

He received his paralegal certificate from San Francisco State University in 1996 and received an Associate of Arts degree from San Francisco City College in 1995. He is a member of the Paralegal Association of Santa Clara County.
