Bilal advises companies on capital markets and M&A transactions across multiple industries. His practice spans initial public offerings, secondary fundraisings and both private and public M&A, alongside ongoing governance and corporate advisory work for listed and growth-stage businesses.

Outside of the office, Bilal enjoys travelling and has a strong interest in sports, particularly football, martial arts and fitness.
