
About Bethany
Bethany represents clients in high-stakes government and internal investigations and complicated commercial disputes. Bethany has worked with clients in a range of industries, including financial services, technology, life sciences, real estate, transportation and entertainment. She has experience assisting clients in all phases of litigation, from prelitigation counseling to trial. Bethany also maintains an active pro bono practice, with experience in prisoners’ rights, housing, reproductive rights, criminal appeals and legislative advocacy matters.
At Yale Law School, Bethany was a policy editor for the Yale Law & Policy Review, participated in the Housing and Reproductive Rights and Justice Project clinics, and interned at the US District Court for the Southern District of New York with Judge Lewis J. Liman. She also was a member of the Black Law Students Association and the Latinx Law Students Association.
Before joining Cooley, Bethany was an associate at a US-based international law firm.
