About Bernard

Bernard Hatcher's practice is concentrated in the representation of management and investors of venture capital and other private equity funds, including fund of funds, buy-out funds and hedge funds. He advises clients on both their formation and fundraising activities, as well as their ongoing operational affairs, including regulatory compliance, investor relations, governance, investment personnel matters and administrative considerations.
