Benjamin Shulman

Ben advises public and private companies across all stages of the corporate life cycle. His practice covers a broad range of general corporate and transactional matters, from Securities Exchange Act reporting to private company financings. In addition, Ben provides counsel on day-to-day corporate governance issues and other legal matters.

Ben has a background in biochemistry and is interested in anything and everything related to life sciences companies. While attending law school, he headed the blog for the Columbia Science and Technology Law Review journal and was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
