Ben sits in the technology transactions practice group, creating legal resources and designing technology solutions that improve the quality and efficiency of the group’s legal services. He also advises the group on relevant legal developments. Before joining Cooley, Ben was a technology transactions associate and innovation attorney at another international law firm.
