Bella Berkley

Bella is an associate in Cooley’s corporate practice group. She advises clients through various stages of the business life cycle in matters ranging from fund formation to venture capital financings.

While attending Harvard Law School, Bella served on the Board of Student Advisers and taught legal research and writing. In addition, she was a co-president of the Tenant Advocacy Project, where she represented low-income clients seeking public housing assistance. She also was a member of the Harvard Black Law Students Association.
