Austin Dressen

Austin is a startup and venture capital lawyer based in Cooley’s Colorado office. He represents emerging and growth-stage technology companies and the venture capital funds that invest in them on matters related to formation, equity financing, restructuring, M&A and other general corporate matters.

Before receiving his JD and MBA, Austin worked alongside several leading investors and growth-stage companies and held various roles at Monitor Deloitte, Lazard and Techstars.
