About Ashley

Ashley represents emerging growth companies, public companies and financial institutions in connection with Hong Kong and US capital markets transactions. Her practice focuses on initial public offerings, global offerings and other equity capital markets transactions, with particular experience in biotech companies, technology and new economy companies, as well as consumer and advanced manufacturing sectors.

Ashley also advises listed companies on ongoing compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules and securities regulations and on corporate governance matters.

Ashley is admitted as an Australian Lawyer, New South Wales.
