He mainly provides counsel to innovative US companies expanding into Europe and to European companies seeking US counsel.

Trilingual in English, French and German, Arthur trained across civil and common law systems. Arthur brings a perspective that helps him navigate the legal, cultural and commercial nuances of cross-border deals.

Before joining Cooley, Arthur advised on a broad range of corporate and capital markets matters at another international law firm.
