About Arthi
Arthi focuses her practice on the technology and intellectual property aspects of corporate transactions in a wide range of industries and at all stages of the business life cycle. She has experience drafting and negotiating commercial, IP and technology agreements for clients, including services, licensing and reselling. She also assists clients with various corporate transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, venture capital financings and public offering activities.
