About Arielle

Arielle focuses on business restructuring and reorganizations, with an emphasis on the transactional and litigation aspects of complex Chapter 11 cases. Before joining Cooley, she clerked for Chief Judge Martin Glenn in the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, gaining hands-on experience on numerous megacases spanning various industries, including cryptocurrency, aviation and telecommunications.

Arielle received her JD with high honors from the University of Chicago Law School, where she worked with early-stage startups through the Innovation Clinic and served as a research assistant focused on Chapter 11 bankruptcy matters. She was also a member of the Latinx Law Students Association and a cast member of the law school musical. Before law school, Arielle taught ninth-grade algebra with Saga Education, an AmeriCorps program.
