Ariel represents emerging tech and life sciences companies and their investors in a variety of transactions – including financings, mergers & acquisitions, company formations, spinoffs and joint ventures. He also counsels clients on corporate governance matters and other day-to-day legal issues. In addition, Ariel frequently speaks and lectures on topics important to high-growth companies and venture capital investors at institutions such as Cornell Tech and the NYU Stern School of Business.
