
About Argemira
Argemira represents clients in high-stakes litigation and investigations. She has experience managing all aspects of civil litigation in state and federal courts on a range of issues, including privacy and data security, complex contracts, fraud, and First Amendment disputes. She counsels clients across industries such as technology, transportation and healthcare.
Argemira maintains an active pro bono practice. As a fifth-year associate at her prior firm, she first-chaired a jury trial representing a prisoner in a Section 1983 excessive force case, resulting in a $23,500 award for her client. She has also served as a secondee with Her Justice, offering free legal services to low-income women in New York City.
During law school, Argemira served as a mediator with the New York Peace Institute and the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. She also gave workshops on various forms of alternative dispute resolution to the Delhi High Court in India and the United Nations’ New York diplomatic corps.
