About Antonio

Antonio counsels emerging, growth-stage and public companies, as well as corporate and institutional investors, on general corporate and securities matters. He represents clients across a variety of industries at all stages of the company life cycle, from formation and early-stage financings through liquidity events, M&A and other exit transactions. 

In addition to his corporate work, Antonio maintains an active pro bono practice, assisting individuals and nonprofit organizations with various sensitive legal needs.

Prior to joining Cooley, Antonio practiced in the Century City office of another global law firm, where he handled M&A and other private equity transactions for clients in the entertainment, technology, financial services and consumer products industries. He also completed a legal fellowship at Homeboy Industries in Los Angeles.

In law school, Antonio served as editor in chief of the Berkeley Journal of Entertainment & Sports Law and participated in Berkeley’s Domestic Violence Field Placement program, completing a legal externship at Tahirih Justice Center in San Bruno, California.
