About Annie

Annie focuses her practice on intellectual property litigation, with an emphasis on patent litigation, across a range of technologies – including computer software, medical devices and pharmaceuticals.

Annie received her bachelor’s degree from the United States Naval Academy, where she was a Division I Academic All-American and a Truman Scholarship Finalist. In 2015, Annie led one of the nation’s largest foreign affairs conferences, facilitating discourse surrounding international issues of sovereignty and sustainability.

Following the Naval Academy and before attending law school, Annie served as an intelligence officer in the US Navy. In her role, Annie supported Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron Seven One (HSM-71) and Carrier Air Wing Nine (CVW-9), leading high-performance teams in strategic threat analysis and risk mitigation in contested environments.

While in law school, Annie was a fellow at the Panetta Institute for Public Policy and a member of Santa Clara’s International Humanitarian Law team.
