Annie Beveridge
About Annie
Annie focuses on intellectual property litigation, with an emphasis on patent litigation. She represents established industry giants and emerging startups across technologies, including computer software, medical devices and pharmaceuticals.
Annie’s experience encompasses various aspects of patent litigation, including discovery, motions practice, pretrial preparation, trial and post-trial strategy. She also represents clients in pro bono immigration matters and is a 2025 recipient of Casa Cornelia’s Pro Bono Publico Award.
Annie received her bachelor’s degree from the United States Naval Academy, where she was a Division I conference champion in cross country and a Truman Scholarship finalist.
After graduating from the Naval Academy, and before attending law school, Annie served as an intelligence officer in the US Navy. In her role, Annie supported Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron Seven One (HSM-71) and Carrier Air Wing Nine (CVW-9), leading high-performance teams in strategic threat analysis and risk mitigation in contested environments. While in law school, Annie was a fellow at the Panetta Institute for Public Policy and a member of Santa Clara’s International Humanitarian Law team.
