
About Anne
Anne focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, representing strategic and financial buyers and sellers in public and private transactions across a range of industries, including technology, biotech and life sciences. She advises on mergers, asset sales and purchases, and other complex business transactions, including cross-border deals. Anne also has experience in corporate governance matters, venture capital financings and capital markets transactions.
During law school, Anne served as a human rights officer for the Permanent Mission of the Republic of the Marshall Islands to the United Nations Office and other international organizations in Geneva. She also provided pro bono legal services to startups as a student associate with Berkeley Law’s New Business Community Law Clinic and was a board member of the Family Violence Appellate Project.
