Prior to joining Cooley, Anne was an associate with Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in its New York office.
While at Columbia University School of Law, she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and received the Lipson Prize, awarded annually to two first-year law students showing the greatest proficiency in the subject of contracts. She was also an articles editor of the Columbia Journal of Tax and Law and a staff member of the Columbia Journal of Environmental Law.
