About Angeline

Angeline represents individuals and companies in high-stakes complex commercial litigation, including securities, antitrust, intellectual property, and governmental defense and investigations. Her clients range from startups to publicly traded companies across a vast array of industries. She has formulated strategy and advised clients regarding litigation at all stages, from pre-litigation through post-settlement, as well as appeals. Angeline also maintains an active pro bono practice.

Angeline’s most recent representations include:

  • Representing a venture capital firm in breach of contract actions in New York state court, the US District Court for the Northern District of California, the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the San Francisco County Superior Court, securing favorable settlement.
  • Representing subjects of criminal investigation by the Manhattan District Attorney.
  • Defending Google in an antitrust action brought in the Northern District of California.
  • Representing a physical security startup company in a trade secret misappropriation, breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty lawsuit.
  • Representing an abortion clinic and its staff in a lawsuit challenging West Virginia’s pre-Roe abortion ban, securing a preliminary injunction enjoining enforcement of the pre-Roe
  • Authoring numerous amicus briefs on behalf of international health organizations challenging abortion restrictions.
  • Authoring a US Supreme Court amicus brief on behalf of administrative law professors challenging the US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit’s decision in United States v. Texas
