Angelina Paul

Angelina practices general corporate and securities law. She works with both private and public companies in a range of industries and at all stages in their life cycle. Her practice includes entity formation, corporate governance matters, venture capital and other private financings, public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and Securities and Exchange Commission reporting and compliance.

Angelina also maintains an active pro bono practice.

While earning her JD, Angelina served as the diversity, equity and inclusion director for Ecology Law Quarterly, the top ranked environmental journal in the US. She is passionate about providing legal services for youths facing the criminal justice system. Angelina worked as a law student intern at the East Bay Community Law Center in its Youth Defender Clinic. She also led the Youth Advocacy Project while in law school, mentoring an incarcerated young person.
