Andrew practices corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on the representation of late-stage private and public companies in capital markets transactions as well as the representation of publicly traded companies. His practice covers a broad range of general corporate and transactional matters, including initial public offerings, secondary public offerings, PIPEs, SEC reporting and compliance and corporate governance matters.

Coming to Boston by way of San Francisco, he works predominantly with life sciences and technology companies and leverages his prior experience as a consultant to tailor legal solutions to business needs.
