About Andrew
Andrew is a special counsel in the intellectual property litigation practice group. His practice focuses on patent litigation and post-grant proceedings at the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), primarily inter partes review.
Andrew has been involved in more than 175 post-grant proceedings at the USPTO since 2014 and has been recognized as a top petitioner attorney at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). He has successfully challenged patents involving a wide range of computer technologies – including networking, web and hypermedia, database, search, user interface, advertising, imaging, augmented and virtual reality, and mobile.
Before law school, Andrew co-founded and served as director of technology for a startup to adapt educational content to the Apple iPod and iPhone.
